Melinda DeCusati

Melinda has over 15 years of work experience at UNC Charlotte. She has held customer service roles in Undergraduate Admissions and in the William States Lee College of Engineering. Prior to her career at UNC Charlotte, she worked as a Human Resources Generalist. Melinda received her BA Degree in Psychology from Fairfield University. She has also earned a Human Resources Generalist Certificate and completed some Graduate School coursework at UNC Charlotte. Melinda has lived in the Charlotte area for 25 years. She has three adult children. For the past 16 years, Melinda has volunteered in the community assisting refugees with their transition to life in the United States. In her spare time, Melinda enjoys kayaking and hiking.
